Create Individual Points Rules

Connection Card Pro’s Individual Points feature is a great way to encourage your volunteer team, or any other team that helps your ministry be the best it can be.

From the menu: 
People > People Settings > Points Rules

+ Click on Manage Groups > Add New to create your Group Name for these points, such as Volunteers, and Save

+ Click on the Point Rules link at top to go back to the Point Rules page > Add New and create your rule name, such as “Volunteer Points” and enter the number of points you would like to award each time they volunteer,

+ Select your rule group that you just created previously for these Point Rules. You can create as many rules as  you would like here, such as 1 Hour Volunteer work is 10 points; 2 hours of volunteer work is 20 points, etc.  to have more options to choose from when granting their points.

To Award Individual Points:

Enter the Volunteer’s name in the quick Search bar at the top, or from the Person list click “View” for that person.

+ Click the + sign right under their name. Select the point rule to grant them points.

+ From their profile you can also click the “Points” icon on the profile menu to see their Points History.

Run a Custom Point Report

To see all points at a glance you can create a Points Report!

From the menu
Reports > Generate Reports > Custom Reports 

+ Enter your Report Title

+ Check the box underneath to save as a Preset Report if you would like to use this report periodically.

+ Add a field for “Points”

+ Select if you want names to sort by first or last 

+ For Conditions enter Where “Points” are “Greater than” “0”
