Church and Ministry Grants

Grants for Churches with Out-of-the-Box Ideas

Connection Card Pro is passionate about the church, missions and church planting! We occassionally award small grants to churches and ministries across the United States and Canada who have unique or out-of-the-box ideas to reach their communities and the people around them!

For an opportunity to receive a grant of up to $1,250 from Connection Card Pro, please read the details below before applying.

Grants are awarded for specific projects

A grant application must be connected to a specific and tangible project. For example, a specific outreach event or activity you are planning is a project. Ongoing staff costs, building repairs or a capital fundraising campaign is not a project, or at least not the type of project eligible for these grants.

However, if you're a small church and looking for free church management software, you can check out the Church Software Scholarship from Focus on Jesus Ministries by clicking here!

Types of Projects Eligible for Grants

Projects and Expenses NOT Eligible for Grants

The following projects and expenses are examples that currently are not eligible for these grants. Even though many of these items are important and we hope to be able to support churches and missionaries in more ways as we grow, for now, we must limit our grants to the items above.

How often are grants available?

Grants are available throughout the year and applications are assessed as they are received. If we have hit our thresholds for the current quarter then additional grants will not be available until the following quarter. The amount we giveaway varies. As we grow, we'll be able to offer more frequent grants.

The earlier you apply for a grant (before your project), the better chance you will have. Grant applications for projects in the past will not be assessed. However, if your project is still a few months away and we've hit our quarterly threshold, then your application may have a greater chance of still being approved in the following quarter.

Grant applications should be submitted at least 2 months prior to the start date of the project.

Important Terms

Applying for a grant does not guarantee award of the grant and we make no promises as to the number of grants or recipients during the course of each year.
Recipients of grants may be required to provide logo, photos of key staff or project leaders, photos from the project, and/or follow-up information about the project and its success after the fact.
Grant applications are assessed on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to choose the recipients of any grant at our sole discretion.
