Do you need a custom list that can change daily/weekly? A Smart list will automatically add/remove those who fit certain filters for that custom list. A smart list is an automated custom list that changes each time you open it to pull up people according to the filters you have set. The filters you set for this list will be used to create an updated smart list automatically each time you open it!
To Create a Smart List
From the left menu:
Go to People > View People and set your filtersthat you want for your new smart list. Any filters from the person list can be used for your smart lists. You can use more than one filter for each smart list.
Examples: Use the Classification Field > Visitor for a visitor classification Smart list, or the School filter for College lists for college students, creating a smart list for each college being attended by your members.
After choosing your filters, go to the top right floating menu and click “New List”.
Enter your list name, check any options such as show on the menu, along with the smart list option and Create list.
