How to Export Event Attendees Data

Connection Card Pro’s Event Platform is feature rich with functions that will help your event run smoothly and stay organized! We even offer Event Reports right in our Event platform section, which includes attendee lists and information from past events!

Need a list of last year’s attendees? Or a list of attendees for an upcoming event? Connection Card Pro makes these data reports easily accessible, with the option to export to a CSV file or download in a PDF!

These reports will show any information about the attendees which was stored or collected during the registration.

To View or Export Past and Current Attendee Registrations

From the menu:
Events > View Events

• Check "Show Past Events” if this was a past event, or use your current list for current events, and find the event you'd like to export or view data for.
• Click on Registrations for that event.
• On the top right side above the list of registrations, click on the little black download button. 
• Select "Export to CSV (Download)", or you can select View Registration List PDF to view or download as a PDF.
