How to Assign People to Staff for Follow-Up

Connection Card Pro makes it easy to assign Staff and Admin Users to individuals needing follow-up. Knowing someone from your staff will be following up with individuals that need follow-up can help ease the burden put on one person to do all the follow-up. Taking that extra step and a little extra work to stay connected with them shows them your organization cares about them and they are important to all of you.

When viewing a person’s profile page, you can see under their name who they have been assigned to if they have been assigned to anyone. And on the Person List when adding the “Assigned To” column you can view all those who have been assigned to a staff or admin

There are 3 Ways you can Assign or Unassign People to Staff for Follow-Up

1) Assign/Unassign them in the Person list using Batch Action

From the menu:
People > View People (Or person list shortcut)

To Unassign from People list Batch Action:

• Click to highlight the individual(s) you want to unassign to a staff member.
• Scroll down to the Batch Action, under Organize People click on "Assign to Person".
• Scroll up to the top of this list and choose “Unassigned” and Go.

2) Assign From Digital Guest Card Submissions

From the menu:
People > Digital Guest Cards > View Submissions icon to right of your meeting time/event

To Unassign from Digital Guest Card Submissions:

3) Assign an individual person from the Person List using the menu icon to the right of their name

To Change the person assigned to an individual

Whenever you need to change the person assigned to an individual, use one of the ways above to assign a staff person to the individual and it will replace the previous person who was assigned with the new person you just assigned to this individual.

To View All Those Assigned and To Who They are “Assigned To”

From the menu:
People > View People (Or person list shortcut)
