Vendor Contact List
Connection Card Pro helps you keep organized with your vendors, clients and other companies you deal with by keeping them in a separate list. Your vendors financial page in their profile will also automatically record any financial transactions with them that have been recorded when adding an expense or deposit associated with them to your registers, saving you time and work!
When you view a Vendor/Company page, it will look like a person’s profile page, but with just their contact information, names, and a financial page, where transactions are recorded automatically!
Adding New Vendors/Clients/Donors
From the menu:
People > Vendors
- Click “Add New”
- Fill in all of their contact information and save.
- After you save you will see the Financials Tab. Expenses and income will be automatically entered here whenever you record an expense or deposit in Accounting > New Expense or New Deposit/Donation.
- Employees/Contacts are added automatically onto this page also when they are added in People > New Person. You can connect them by selecting their company on the company line from the dropdown.
