With Connection Card Pro’s unlimited Crews and Schedules, you can easily manage your volunteer teams, work crews, and more! You can schedule your crew of volunteers, work teams, etc. for your Meeting times, Services, Events, Rehearsals and Shifts. Crews are used for any sort of work team/ work crew/ volunteer teams and even staff.
Each crew can have an unlimited number of custom positions and each crew has its own calendar where you can create events, services, rehearsals, or meetings with ease. Assign positions to each calendar item you create. Users can also view all scheduled items for all crews in your organization’s main calendar.
Once you have created your services, events, meetings, etc., and added the necessary positions, it’s easy to choose members of the crew to fill these roles.
Scheduled members will receive email or text reminders to let them know they have been scheduled or to remind them a couple days prior. Scheduled members can tap a link in the text or email to confirm their availability.
To Create a Crew Schedule
From the menu: Groups > Crews > Schedules
On the Calendar click the Date of this Service/Event.
Click on what this is for: Service, Special Event, Crew Meeting, Rehearsal, or Shift.
Check dates and time or click the All Day box below the dates.
Enter any days this will repeat. For example, if this is for Sunday morning service click on S for Sunday to repeat every Sunday.
If you chose this event to repeat, then next you will select if you want the repeat to end, and if so, when.
Add a scheduled Meeting time from the drop-down menu along with the positions you are scheduling. If the positions drop-down does not have that position, go to Groups > Crews > Gear/tools buttons> Positions and click on the +button to add that position for this Crew. If the Meeting time is a new meeting time so it is not yet on the drop-down, go to Manage>Meeting Times to add that meeting time.
Enter Call time of when Crew members should arrive.
Click Create to save.
