Background Check Settings
Connection Card Pro makes it easy to order background checks for your workers and volunteers from their profile page!
Background Checks are one of the best ways to verify and confirm the right candidate for the job, along with protecting your organization and ensuring your staff and volunteers meet your qualifications for safety.
Our Background Checks are done through our provider, Accurate.
Prior to ordering background checks, you will need to Enable and setup your Background Check Settings.
NOTE: These settings are a NEW feature, therefore if you have ordered background checks in the past please go to these settings to make sure you are fully setup first before ordering anymore!
To Setup and Enable Background Checks:
From the menu:
People > People Settings > Background Check Settings
This Settings page is where you can Enable Background Checks and/or Interactive orders if you will be ordering Background Checks, along with an email address where results should be sent. Save your settings when completed.
If you have multiple users who will be ordering background checks, select which packages and addons they are allowed to order from. Save your settings when completed.
Once these settings have been enabled and set for your organization, your organization is now able to start the background check order process.
