How to Create a Menu Access Admin Card

Connection Card Pro offers secure and safe features when working in our Kiosk Mode, which makes it impossible for anyone who is not an Admin in your organization to access any restricted or personal features or information.

Admins and those who oversee the Kiosk will need this Menu Access card (or the Admin code) to get back to the menu from the Kiosk screen. They can either use their personalized 4-8 digit Menu Access code or swipe a card with this Menu Access barcode on it. See below how to generate barcodes and use them on cards.

The Menu Access Code that prints on your labels for your cards will be your Organization-Wide Menu Access code that can be found at Kiosk > Settings > Kiosk Settings. If you would like to change this code, do so first before printing your labels. 

To print your Menu Access barcodes and create your Admin Cards:

From the menu:
Kiosk > Generate Barcodes

Your label page will be downloaded for printing. Click on the printer icon upper right.

These labels with your organizations Menu Access barcode can then be adhered to your plastic or paper cards, etc. and handed out to your Admins and anyone that needs access to restricted features.
