Financial Administration: Managing Financial Aspects
Use this page to manage all financial aspects, such as adding applicable Funds, Income Types and Accounts.
View your Current Statement of Accounts at any time, Funds Allocation chart, Current Financial Overview,
Generate Deposit Reports and view Current Deposits
From the left toolbar go to
Financials > Financial Admin
Begin Set up of your Financial Records by Adding your Accounts, Funds and Income Types
- In the Financial Administration box in middle of page, here is where you can add your Funds, Income Types (such as Donations, Christmas Love Offering, Tithes, etc) and Add your Bank and other accounts such as Petty Cash, PayPal, PushPay, etc.
- Statement of Accounts: View your Current Statement of Accounts at any time after applicable entries have been made!
- Financial Overview: Select which account you would like to see the chart display for from the Chart Display drop-down menu (All Accounts, Bank, PayPal, Petty Cash) and select type of graph (Bar or Line) and click on “Show”
- Financial Administration: Here you can see your list of Funds, Income Types and Accounts, and also Edit/Add to these. After Adding a Fund, Income Type or Account, click on your refresh button to see it added.
- Generate Deposit Report – Any deposit slip numbers that you have entered when entering Income/Giving records will show in your drop-down menu. Select which Deposit Slip number you want a report on and dates and click on “Generate Report”
