Most organizations will not see their rates differ from our standard processing rates of 2.8% + $0.35 / transaction. However, there are some cases where some organizations may see slightly higher rates on some transactions. Those scenarios are outlined below:

Connection Card Pro's payment processing services are designed for churches and are only available to U.S. and Canadian non-profit organizations which have Registered Charity or 501(c)3 Status in Canada or the United States respectively.

At least 80% of your payments processed should be charitable donations and up to 20% of the payments processed may be Program Service Revenue (such as fees for camps, events, membership, etc.). If you go over that number once in a while, that's no problem, but may result in a higher rate due to agreements with our service providers.

All charitable donations processed at our standard rate:
2.8% + $0.35 per transaction.

Program Service Revenue is also processed at this same rate. However, at any point that your total Program Service Revenue exceeds 20% of your total payments processed, any Program Service Revenue will be processed at 2.95% + $0.35 / transaction. Donations will always be processed at lowest rate.

Exceptions:
All payments on American Express are processed at 3.5% + $0.35 / transaction.

International cards are charged an additional 1%.
An international card means any card that originates in a different country than your organization's country.
