Where to Find Your Fortis Statements in Connection Card Pro

Clients who use Fortis for their Merchant account can find their monthly Fortis Payment Processing statements in Connection Card Pro in their Account Info. Both Card Statements (Credit/Debit) and ACH Statements are accessible from here for the previous month.

To View your Statements

Path: Left Menu > Organization > Billing & Users > Account Info

Scroll down to the “Fortis Payment Processing Statements” section and click on “click here” to view and download your Fortis payment processing statements for Credit/Debit cards and ACH.
