How do I create a Discount Code?

Give your Event Registrations the ability to offer a Discount Code!

When you are creating events in Connection Card Pro, you can create discount codes or promo codes which registrants can enter to receive a discount at the time of registration. Use discount codes to discount the event price by a percentage, a flat amount, or to allow free registration for an event.

Step 1
Create your Event first if you have not done that. You can create your event by going to Events > New Event.

Step 2
Once your Event has been created you can now create your Discount Code in Events > Discount Codes > Add New

• Name your Discount Code (such as Early Registration) and give it a code (such as EARLY20). 
• Fill in the remaining fields and check all events this code applies to.
• Click Save!

When participants register, they will receive a place to enter this code during the registration process. You do not need to go back and edit your event to add the discount code, it has been added for you!

Wherever you advertise your event make sure to also post your discount code!

How do I make changes to Discount Code?

If you need to make a change to a certain discount code, you can easily do this by going to Events > Discount Codes

• Click on the edit icon to the right of your discount code to make any changes, then be sure to click Save!
