Description: How to require all event participants to be within a certain age or grade range, and how to make exceptions as an admin user.
Connection Card Pro lets you limit public event registration so only participants within a specific age range, grade range, or both can register.
This is helpful for events like:

Click Save when finished.
Age and grade ranges are inclusive.
For example:
10 means 10-year-olds are allowed.12 means 12th graders are allowed. If you enter only an age range, only age will be enforced.
If you enter only a grade range, only grade will be enforced.
If you enter both age and grade restrictions, both must be true for the participant to register through the public registration page.
101458A participant must be both within the age range and within the grade range.
Age is calculated based on the participant’s age on the first day of the event.
For example, if an event begins on July 10 and the minimum age is 10, the participant must be 10 years old on or before July 10.
Restrictions only work if the related participant information is collected.
If birthday is not required, age restrictions will not be enforced.
If grade number is not required, grade restrictions will not be enforced.
Connection Card Pro does not enforce these restrictions based only on existing database information. Existing information may help pre-fill the form for logged-in users, but the restriction is enforced from the information collected during registration.
When someone registers through the public registration page, Connection Card Pro checks each participant against the event’s age and/or grade rules.
If a participant is outside the allowed range, they will not be able to continue with that participant on the public registration form.
Admin users can manually create registrations from the admin area, even when a public registrant would normally be blocked.
