Building your Flow / Order of Service

Most Connection Card Pro plans includes a feature to create and manage your Flows / Order of Service for all your services, events, or performances.

Use the Live view for your production team or add the Cue Monitor feature in full screen to cue speakers or performers on stage.

View your flow in Live view to start your flow when you are ready to start. Use your Cue Monitor with the Live view to adjust your Cues to the current live time and cue your speakers or performers on stage.

Connection Card Pro’s Cue Monitors comes with a color band on the top and bottom of the screen to help those on stage know when time is running out before the next item. The bands will show Green when each item on the agenda starts, then Yellow to let those on stage know there is 1 minute left for that item, then Red indicating there is 30 seconds left for that item.

Building your Flow / Order of Service

From the menu:
Manage > Flows / Service Planning

• Click “Add New” to add a new Flow/Order of Service.
• Fill in your information, times, etc.
• Click +Add Item to start building your flow, such as a countdown, then an opening greeting, or 1st song to start, and continue from there building your Order of Service.
• Enter the start time for each item added to your order of service and enter all other information and click Done.
• Click +Add Item to add the next item in your order of service and continue adding to complete your flow/order of service.
• When you are through building your flow, scroll to the top right and click SAVE!

To Edit or duplicate your flow, click on the Gear dropdown for that event.
