How Do I Edit or Remove an Event?
With Connection Card Pro’s Event Registration platform, you can allow users to register for your events online through a link or via their mobile phone by texting a keyword, or with a QR code. Also, anyone with Admin rights can input registrations for those who sign-up in person.
Events can be easily edited or removed. Please note if you remove an event that has registrations you will also lose those registrations.
To Edit your Event go to Events > View Events
- Find Event you need to make changes to and Click the “Edit” button to right of that event.
- To skip to a certain section, click on that section listed on the left – Basic Event Info; Registration Settings; Participant Settings; Payment Settings; Confirmation Settings.
- Make the necessary changes. Click Save
- Go to the last page, “Confirmation Settings” and go to bottom to “Save Event” to save your changes.
To Remove your Event go to Events > View Events
- Remove - Use the “Remove” button on the line of the event you want to remove.
* Please note if you remove an event that has registrations you will also lose those registrations!
