Sharing Form / Survey
Connection Card Pro's custom forms and surveys are easy to create and easy to share! We provide a link to use in an email, an embed code to add this to your website, and also the ability to create a QR code for sharing your form or survey.
From the menu:
Forms > View Forms
- Choose the Form/Survey you would like to share and click on “Share”
- You can use the public link provided by copying and pasting to an email, etc. or copy the Embed Code to add directly to your website.
- Or click on Get QR Code, and right click on the QR code image to save this image for using on any printed materials, digital signage, power point slide, etc.
