Edit a Form / Survey

From the menu:
Forms > View Forms

• Choose the Form/Survey you would like to Edit and click on “Edit”
• Scroll down and click on Edit Form. As you hover mouse over desired field you wish to edit or delete, you will see an edit bar appear. To edit text, click on the Edit icon, or “X” for delete, or use the arrows to move this field to the left or to the right or up or down of other fields.
• You can also change the size of your field here by clicking on the “S”, “M” or “L” in the edit bar edit.
• You can also add additional Fields, Sections or Pages here.
• Click “SAVE” once you have made your changes.
