Editing Registrations

Making changes to a registration is easy with Connection Card Pro. After a registration has been received, as an admin user, you can: In addition to these changes, you can also record manual payments, refunds or discounts and record that waivers have been received. See Managing Registrations for more information on those items.

How to Edit a Registration

Editing / Removing Participants

Once editing a registration, you'll see an edit button and a seat button next to the name of the event.



You'll also see an edit and a remove button next to each participant.



Clicking the Edit button next to the event will allow you to move all participants to a different event or performance. You can also change seats (if applicable) by clicking on the seat button.

Clicking on the Edit button next to a single participant will allow you to move only that participant to a different event or performance while keeping them on the same registration.

When removing a participant, the total price for the registration will be automatically recalculated. If a payment plan is being used, the amount still owed will be updated to prevent the registrant from overpaying.

Payment Plans - Best Practices
  • Refunds: If the registrant is okay with it, and if the registrant will still owe money on the payment plan after the removal, we recommend not issuing a refund to minimize transactions and processing fees.
  • Automatic Calculation: Payment Plans will never charge a payment for more than the current balance owing.
