How to Cancel or Modify a Recurring Gift

If you've set up a recurring gift to your church, you can manage it anytime through your Personal Hub. This includes updating your payment method, changing the donation amount or schedule, or canceling the gift entirely.

What You Can and Can’t Change

Option 1: Manage from the Personal Hub

1. Log in to your Personal Hub:
   
   (Or access it via your church's website)
2. In the dashboard, find the Recurring Giving section, or click on Giving in the menu on the left.
   
   
   
3. You'll see a list of your active recurring gifts.
   Find the one you'd like to update and click View (in the dashboard) or Details (in the giving page) on the right.
   
   
   
   
4. On the gift detail page, you'll find options to:
   • Edit Gift — change amount, frequency, or schedule
     
   • Update Payment Info — switch card or bank account
     
     
     
   • Cancel Gift — scroll down and click Cancel Recurring Gift
     
     
     
   • View a list of past donations tied to this gift

Option 2: Ask the Church to Cancel It for You

If you're unable to log in or need assistance, you can contact your church directly and ask them to cancel your recurring gift.

If You’re Having Trouble Changing the Amount

If you're unable to adjust your recurring gift through the Personal Hub:

1. Cancel your current recurring gift
2. Go back to or your Personal Hub
3. Set up a new recurring gift with your updated amount, schedule, or method
