Understanding the Person Profile First Attendance Date
In Connection Card Pro, you are able to track attendance for individuals through the various attendance tracking mechanisms.
However, you can also manually enter a person's date of first attendance if that date is known without having to go back and enter old attendance records.
This is useful if you know the date that individuals began attending and that date was prior to using Connection Card Pro or prior to tracking attendance.
How the First Attendance field is calculated
When viewing a Person's profile, under
Organization Connection, you will see a
First Attended field with a date IF:
- Attendance has been recorded for this individual at least once, or
- A first attended date has been manually saved
The earliest date will also be displayed. If a manually recorded attendance date is later than the earliest recorded attendance record, then the manually recorded attendance date will be shown as their first attendance date.
