Connection Card Pro works hard to help you keep as organized as possible, which includes our School List feature to help you keep track of where your children and youth attend school.
You can use this page to manage available school options. New schools will be created automatically when adding new students to your database and entering their school in the student's profile page.
To Add a School to your List
There are 2 ways to add a School to this list:
1) From the menu: People > People Settings > School List
Click on “Add New”.
Fill in the school name and beginning and ending grades.
2) While entering a student’s profile information that goes to a different school, just enter that school
name into their profile and it will be automatically added here!
To View Students Connected to a School
You can view the list of students at a certain school by going to the Person page > School Filter from the filters at the top of the person list (which may be in the Icon with 4 menu bars next to Columns) and select a school.
You can also add the School Column to your Person list by clicking on the Columns filter icon and select School and check if you want to save this as your Default before updating, or if you do not want this column on every time and just want to view this column right now go ahead and click “Update Columns”.
To View Your Schools and Students in a Report
Run a Custom Report in Reports > Generate Reports
Scroll down to the Custom Reports section to enter your information, selecting name and school fields, breakdown by school and put None for Sort!
