Suspending Registrations

Suspending an Event from receiving new registrations can be done for a number of reasons. Once suspended, no new registrations will be accepted. You can also resume accepting registrations just as easily.

Once an event is suspended, no one will be able to register for the event. You can resume registrations using the same process and choosing Resume Registrations. When creating a new event that is not ready to be publicized or start accepting registrations, you can use the Automatically open/close registrations at a set date option when editing the event.

However, at any time once the event is created, you can easily suspend new registrations by using the Suspend Registrations tool.
