Did you Attend Automated Message for Self Check In
Looking for a way individuals can check themselves in and record their own attendance? Use Connection Card Pro’s “Did you Attend” Automated Alerts/Notifications for self-check-in!
Connection Card Pro gives you options for sending automated texts, emails, push notifications and Slack messages to new guests, users or members from your organization and individual departments if desired. These automated messages can help you greatly in connecting you to new guests and keeping connected to your members. You can use the generic messages we have provided for these automated messages or create your own in the Text and Email Template pages.
Our “Did you Attend” automated feature allows your members to “check-in”, recording their attendance for that day and helping you get a more accurate account of who was there for one of your meeting times!
Setting up “Did you Attend” Automated Communication
From the menu:
Communications > Settings > Automated Communication Settings
After creating your Automated Alerts and Notifications be sure to set up your individual Department communication settings in Groups > Departments > Settings Button for Dept. > Communication Settings.
