Connection Card Pro’s desire is to provide you with great features, unfortunately bugs happen sometimes, especially when you are continually updating features to make them better!
Find something that doesn’t seem to be working right? We have a few ways you can contact us:
1) Click to report a possible Bug with our Bug Report
Scroll to the bottom of any page and click “Bug Report”.
When describing the issue, please give us details such as what you were doing when it happened, what page you were on, and what did or didn’t happen, and any other info you feel helpful to help us find the issue as quickly as possible.
2) Submit a Support Ticket
Click Help at the top right corner > Contact Support
Click New Ticket to submit a support request, or to report a possible bug.
Either way you contact us, we will check into it as soon as we can and fix it if it is not working correctly!
