Use Milestones to track when individuals have completed or accomplished certain milestones in their journey with your organization. This may include membership classes, studies, baptism, or anything else you'd like to track or celebrate.
To Add a New Milestone
From the menu: Manage > Milestones > Add New
Fill in the name of this Milestone, any notes/description and if related to any department.
To Add a Milestone to a Person
From the menu: People > View People (OR use your shortcut key to the Person List)
Click on the individuals to highlight their name and scroll down to “Batch Action.”
In Batch Action under “Actions” select “Record Milestone” and Go.
Record the Milestone for those who have completed this milestone by selecting it from the drop-down menu, adding any notes and a date completed.
