View, Approve and Check Status of Budgets
Connection Card Pro ‘s Budget feature is an Add-On which can help you and your staff efficiently create a budget for your organization quickly! Our Budget Add-on package also includes our Reimbursement Requests feature and our Credit Card Expense Report feature!
To Add the Budget Add-On feature, click on your Profile Image in top right corner > Billing and under Additional Services select Budgets, Reimbursements, Expense Forms!
By adding the Budget feature to your Connection Card Pro package, your staff and departments can use our powerful Budgeting feature to quickly build your annual budget! Grant access to ministry leaders to submit line items for their own departments which automatically sync up with your chart of accounts.
To View and Approve Submitted Budgets
From the menu:
Accounting > Budgets
The person who created and shared the budget will see a green check mark “Awaiting Approval” when a budget has been submitted.
To Edit, see Status or Print your Budget
