Share the link to share a Preset Credit Card Expense Report form with anyone who has been assigned to a credit card with your organization and needs to submit a reimbursement request. Login is required for anyone submitting a credit card expense report.
These Credit card Expense forms are only for those in your organization who are logged in as an Admin and assigned to a credit card.

Credit Card Expense Report Settings and Link
From the menu:
Accounting > Financial Settings > Reimbursement & Credit Card Expense Settings
When submitting a Credit Card Expense Report, they will only be able to use and see the card that is connected to them. The name of your credit card liability account (from your Chart of Accounts), such as “Credit Card” will be what they see, but with their name on the report this “credit card” will be connected to them. These reports will be connected to their card and in your ledgers will show the name of the person submitting a credit card expense form.
Note: Submitted Credit Card Expense Reports can be found at Accounting > Reimbursements where you can approve, deny or modify them.
