Connection Card Pro gives you the option to save a group of contacts that you send emails or texts to regularly in a Mailing List, helping you to quickly call up that group of contacts for future emails or texts. These mailing lists can be edited or removed at any time.
Mailing Lists are created when composing an email or text. After creating your mailing lists, the next time you send an email or text the drop-down menu for Recipients will also show any mailing lists you created.
Creating a Mailing List from an Email
From the menu: Communications > Emails > Send New Email
After you have composed your email and clicked on Next, on the Recipients line start typing the names of individuals to send this email to.
Check “Save as Mailing List”
Your mailing lists will show in the dropdown Recipient box for all future texts or emails.
Creating a Mailing List from a Text
From the menu: Communications > Text Messaging > New
After you have composed your text and clicked on Next, on the Recipients line start typing the names of individuals to send this text to.
Check “Save as Mailing List”
Your mailing lists will show in the dropdown Recipient box for all future texts or emails.
To View or Edit Your Mailing List
From the menu: Communications > Mailing Lists.
View your mailing list to see the contacts on this list. You can add or remove people from here.
Click Edit to change the name of your list.
Click Remove to remove this mailing list.
