Sending Emails to a Group, Custom List or Individual
With Connection Card Pro it’s easy to create and send an email to your whole organization or a large group, such as a department, registrants of an event, to those on a custom list, to parents, crews, small groups or just individuals! Emails can also be scheduled to be sent later, allowing you to create your email when you have time and then scheduled to go out on the day selected. With our email platform you can track when emails have been sent and opened. We offer several formatting options for your emails, such as the ability to add link(s), picture(s), dynamic text, tables, different colored fonts, bullet points and more for personalized emails! We also include the ability to save emails as templates to save you time creating a new one when sending a similar email in the future!
Sending Emails to a Group, Custom list, Individual or Organization Wide
From the menu: Communications > Emails
Click on “Send New Email”
Compose your email here or select to use a Template you’ve already created.
Select “Next”
Select if this is for sending now or to schedule, or to save as a template.
Select the options below.
Note: If you prefer the recipients not see your name but your church or organization, you can set up a Sender Email in Communications > Settings > Sender Emails.
Select your recipients either by clicking on the recipient line and selecting from the drop-down; or start typing the name of the group, custom list or event, etc. you are sending to; or click on “Filter and Select from Person List” then click to highlight names in person list, then scroll up to the top of the person list and click “Continue Preparing email”.
Check if you would like to save this group of recipients as a Mailing list.
Select Schedule or Send.
