Connection Card Pro helps you stay more organized by offering Custom Lists for managing and keeping track of people in your database. You create your own custom lists to organize your people database the way that will help you to work more efficiently! You can use Custom Lists to group your Youth or Kids groups, or people not directly connected to your organization, etc.
Adding people to your custom list that are already in your database:
Go to your Person List either by People > View People, OR click on your Person List Shortcut button.
Click on each name to highlight them in the person list.
Go down to the Batch Action line at the bottom of the page and select “Add to List” from the drop-down menu and click on “Go”.
Click on the Line to choose from one of your custom lists or select create new list.
If you selected to create a new list here, name that list here and create here and click Create list.
Click on Confirm
To Enter a New Person into database by adding directly to your Custom List
Click on that Custom List to open.
From the top popup menu click on “New Person”.
