Creating Custom People Lists

Connection Card Pro helps you stay more organized by offering Custom Lists for managing and keeping track of people in your database. You create your own custom lists to organize your people database the way that will help you to work more efficiently! You can use Custom Lists to group your Youth or Kids groups, your Board Members, Deacons, or people not directly connected to your organization, etc.

These custom lists makes it easy to communicate quickly with only certain people who are holding certain roles. You can quickly send an email or text by going to your Person List (People > View People or using your shortcut key) and click on either the email or text icon in the lower right corner, enter your message and then select to send to your custom list!  

You can also make your custom list Private or Exclusive.  Those on your Exclusive lists  will hide individuals on this list from your main person list.

There are two different ways to create a New Custom List:

To create a new custom list go to People > View People (Or use your Person List Shortcut)


To create a new custom list Prefilled with People, go to People > View People (Or use your Person List Shortcut)

NOTE: When adding people to an Exclusive list, they will only show on this exclusive list and not in your main people list, and your person list number will not add in those on the exclusive list.
