Auto Generated Financial Reports

Connection Card Pro offers the ability to Auto Generate and Email all our preset financial Reports! Have your reports auto generate and automatically emailed to yourself and any team members monthly, quarterly or annually, saving you even more time!

Quickly generate Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Tag reports, Donor reports, Giving Statements, Vendor/Payee Reports, and Tax Statements of Other Expenses and set up to auto generate and email with just a few clicks!

To Create an Auto Generated Financial Report

From the menu:
Reports > Financial Reports

• Select an option from each drop down menu and fill out any subheadings or information needed along with checking any boxes needed.
• Check box to auto generate and email this report to you or any team member each month, quarter or annually. Then select those who should receive these automated reports below. If you do not see the person listed you are looking for you will need to add them as an Admin.
• Click on Generate Report

NOTE: Auto Generated Transaction Statements will show “Undisclosed Donor” for names in an auto generated transaction Statement due to no login to confirm if person being sent auto report has permission to see names.
