IMPORTANT: When printing the Custom Barcodes that will be individual numbers for individuals to use, you must use the barcode numbers that we send you in order to make them compatible with the kiosk.
2 Ways to create your Connection Cards:
1) Make your own!
If making your own cards, you can print these custom barcodes on labels to adhere to plastic or paper cards. Use some cards as temporary cards for new visitors, and adhere the rest to your card for children, teens or adults to use for check-in. Each barcode is a separate and unique number customized for that individual.
Generate: Select the Custom option.
Enter the first number and last number in the range of barcodes we send you. You must use the barcode numbers that we send you in order for them to work at the kiosk. A maximum of 12 will be generated at once.
Click on Generate Barcodes.
Your label page will download here. Make sure your labels are in your printer and select print!
Adhere a barcode to each of your plastic or paper cards for Individuals to use, each with their own unique customized barcode number, which gets assigned by swiping or entering the barcode during check-in from the Kiosk (see below).
2) Use a vendor to make Plastic cards for you.
There are a number of vendors that print these.
Whatever card printer you use we provide you with a file that contains the bar code numbers and provides instructions for the card printer to make sure they are compatible.
You can make your own artwork for the card with your organizations name and/or youth group name, etc.!
