Financial Administration: Pledges
Use this page to add pledges and see your current Pledges at a glance!
From the left toolbar go to
Financials > Pledges
* Show Pledges between dates you wish to view.
- Choose from the drop-down menu what you wish to see (Active Pledges or All Pledges)
- Chose from the drop-down menu the account you wish to view from, or you can view All Accounts
- Chose from the drop-down menu the fund you wish to view from, along with option for All Funds.
- Click on the date bars for a calendar to pop-up for ease in entering date range
- Chose from the drop-down menu how you would like this information sorted (date, amount, account, fund, donor)
- Click “Apply” for up-to-date records
* Can also add Pledges here on this page.
- Click on the “Add New” button in upper right
- From: Start typing in name of person Pledge is from and click on their name when it pops up
- Enter the start date for pledge.
- Enter the End date, or leave blank if this is an ongoing pledge.
- Choose from the drop down menu which Fund this is to be applied to. If you need to
create a new Fund that is not listed here yet, click on “Add Fund”. Funds can also
be added/created on Financials > Financial Admin page
- Enter the pledged amount.
- Enter the pledge frequency from the drop-down menu of: daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly, annually.
- Next: Choose to enter another pledge or go to one of the pages listed.
- Click on SAVE to save your pledge
